Here is my official entry about my success story in using sx mini G class. My name is Ivan, I am a Filipino working in Dhaka, Bangladesh for more than 10 years. On July 1 ‘2017, I purchased an sx mini G class in Philippines thru a 3rd party vendor. I received the device after 3 weeks with a help of a friend who came back to Dhaka from his vacation in Manila. Bringing in a device here in Bangladesh via courier would cost a lot due to high custom clearing charges so I did not have any choice but to wait. Upon receipt of the device (Brown Leather, G class), I updated the firmware off the bat and it was working perfectly. On the same day, after 8 hours, the screen suddenly became pixelated. It wasn’t dropped, hit or anything. As a new user of sx mini, I felt troubled not knowing what to do. I then sought advice in the facebook group named sx mini brotherhood by Ed Jagla whereas he personally helped & communicated. After working on few possible solutions, still nothing positive happened. I then thought of the last resort, to use the warranty. Next day, I contacted cservice@yihisxmini.com and also tried to call Carrie & Amy Li. Both these ladies are my guardian angel, they never let me hanging in the dark after providing them the requirements e.g. warranty card, photos (attached), video (big file size), email explanation of the issue.
