Over the years, SXmini has worked with partners, distributors, retailers, and users across many countries and markets. From the beginning, our goal has always been clear: to create reliable, well-designed vaping products powered by advanced YiHi chipset technology, while listening closely to real user feedback. Like any brand focused on long-term growth, we have also faced moments that tested us. Learning from Early Product Challenges In the early stage of the PX Cartridge (Black version), we did not fully consider the wide differences in e-liquid formulas used in different countries. As an open pod system, its compatibility with certain e-liquids was not ideal in some markets. Instead of ignoring these issues, we collected feedback from partners and users worldwide. Our engineering team made continuous improvements, adjusted internal structures, and tested multiple revisions. These efforts finally led to the release of the PX Pro 2 Cartridge, offering much better stability and broader e-liquid compatibility. This process reminded us that real product improvement always starts with listening. Taking Responsibility and Improving Quality Control We also openly acknowledge an issue that occurred with the first batch of Puremax 2, where a battery defect from an upstream supplier caused charging problems in part of the shipment. Once the issue was identified, the battery problem was fully resolved in later production batches, and replacement units were arranged for our partners.
